Refund Policy
Credits are only spent on renders that succeed, so our refund rules start from there.
Failed renders are always free
If a render fails because the model errored, timed out or a safety filter blocked it, you are not charged: prepaid credits go straight back to your balance.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once credits from a pack have been spent on a successful render, that pack is no longer refundable.
Subscription plans
Your first plan payment can be refunded within 7 days if you have not used the plan credits. After that, cancel any time from Billing — the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew.
How to request a refund
Email support with the email address on your account and the approximate purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
